Australia’s Outback center is a scenic yet steaming desert!  As such, the winter weather is much more suitable for Outback road trips.  Even during the coldest times, the temperature remains warmer than 10oC (50oF) in the northern areas, gets less humid and rains less.  And winter is still warm enough to swim!
