Days 1-2
Perth to Broome 12-day adventure tour Pinnacles Desert & Kalbarri National Park
Leave Perth and head north to Nambung National Park to explore the amazing formations of the Pinnacles Desert before continuing your journey through the picturesque coastal town of Cervantes. The next stop is in Geraldton, the second largest city in WA.
On the way along the pink lakes, you can reach your accommodation in the beautiful coastal town of Kalbarri, where you can explore Nature’s Window and Z-Bend Gorge, an exciting 150-meter descent through the heart of the gorge.
Days 3-4
Perth to Broome 12-day adventure tour Shark Bay World Heritage Area
A drive north will take you to Shark Bay World Heritage, where you will stay for 2 nights in the westernmost township on the mainland of Aussie, Denham. Visit the beautiful Shell Beach, one of only two beaches in the world that are made entirely of shells. After a short drive across the Peron Peninsula, head to the beach to greet the world-famous Monkey Mia dolphins.
Days 5-7
Perth to Broome 12-day adventure tour Coral Bay & Exmouth
Another long ride takes you all the way to Exmouth, through the fascinating stromatolites at Hamelin pool; the world’s oldest living organisms! Three nights in the private camp at Yardi Creek station offers plenty of time to explore the Ningaloo Reef and the Cape Range National Park. A day will be spent nearby, a visit to Vlamingh Head Lighthouse and Turquoise Bay.
Days 8-10
Perth to Broome 12-day adventure tour Karijini National Park
A long drive takes you about 600 km inland to the heart of the Pilbara and for many the highlight of the tour, Karijini National Park. Two full days of adventure are just the perfect amount of time needed to explore Karijini National Park and its amazing gorges.
Day 11
The Pilbara
Travel to the coast and the iron city of Port Hedland. If you have time to make a short city tour and marvel at the incredible size of the iron ore industry. After lunch, you can continue through the Pilbara region, where you can spend the night at an overnight stop.
Day 12
Eighty Mile Beach & Broome
On your last day, stop for a walk on the Eighty Mile Beach before you arrive in sunny tropical Broome! Take a ride through Old Broome to view the typical Broome architecture and aqua waters of Roebuck Bay in Town Beach. Then drive to Cable Beach before sunset, relax and enjoy a walk or a swim as you watch the sun disappear on the horizon.
