What’s on at Billabong Backpackers Perth
On Monday, join the Backpackers on a night out at the Brass Monkey rooftop bar in Highgate, enjoying the iconic building with its stunning city views and, um, good booze.
Tuesday night, the Backpackers are hitting the Hippie Club a few blocks down in Northbridge, where there will be rooftop screenings of your favourite movies.
Back in Northbridge on Wednesday enjoy a sesh of free – yep, free – yoga and head to the Mustang, Perth’s cool cat saloon bar, complete with sports relics and keg-tables.
Thursday night you can show off your salsa moves (sure, you have salsa moves) at The Game’s Latin Night in Northbridge, where you can enjoy live Latin bands and lots of dancing. Or, if you really don’t have salsa moves, go home and join Movie Night back at the Billabong.
Friday, head to Forrest Chase for the city’s weekly Twilight Hawkers Market from 4.30PM to 9PM and experience firsthand Perth’s biggest street food market and live music. At night, if you still have any energy, join the Backpackers on a night out in the city’s bar district.
On Saturday Billabong will drop you off at Cottesloe Beach, Western Australia’s most popular city beach. It’s not hard to see why, with crystal waters, great waves and golden sands from which to watch the sun drop down over the Indian Ocean. Finish the day off with another night out ‘n’ about in Northbridge.
Just in case you didn’t get enough, on Sunday Billabong can drop you off yet again at Cottesloe, where you can swim, surf and snorkel to your heart’s content. Finish off a wild week with the Backpackers relaxing and sipping beer on a Sunday sesh at Perth’s most famous pubs.
