Snorkel

During your Perth to Broome Tours, you get a chance  to explore Kalbarri National Park, meet dolphins of Monkey Mia, snorkel on the Ningaloo Reef, learn about the local mining industry, trek to the pristine pools of Karijini National Park and hike through national parks. The adventure comes to an end in the stunning Cable Beach in the outback town of Broome. Perth to Broome Coach Tours is a must-do destination.

Pinnacles Desert & Kalbarri National Park

Kalbarri National Park preserves the inland desert regions of red and white striped Tumblagooda sandstone east of the town of Kalbarri, particularly the lower reaches of the Murchison River and its gorge, as well as the mouth of the river by Meanarra Hill.

Depart Perth and head north to Nambung National Park to explore the amazing formations of the Pinnacles Desert, before continuing through the scenic coastal town of Cervantes and into Geraldton, the second largest city in WA.  The Hampton Road historical walk is a great way to get a feel for early life in this beautiful area.

Pink Lakes

Passing the pink lakes en route,  you reach your accommodation in the seaside town of Kalbarri. In the rugged terrain and seclusion of Murchison Gorge, located in Kalbarri National Park, explore Nature’s Window and Z-Bend Gorge – an exhilarating 150m descent into the heart of the gorge. Feeling adventurous? Give abseiling a go or join a sunset cruise (own expense).

Shark Bay World Heritage Area

One of the most amazing experiences in Australia is visiting the shark bay.

The northbound drive takes us to the Shark Bay World Heritage area where we base ourselves for 2 nights in the Monkey Mia Resort. You can visit beautiful Shell Beach – one of only two beaches in the world made entirely from shells and greet the world famous Monkey Mia dolphins. Spend a free day on the beach or opt for a sailing adventure to see more dolphins and even dugongs in this awesome location during your Perth to Broome Tours.

 Coral Bay

You can visit the fascinating stromatalites at Hamelin pool, the world’s oldest living organisms, and the agricultural town of Carnavon on your way to Coral Bay. This seaside resort is famous for its idyllic beach and the underwater world of Ningaloo Reef just off shore. Optional activities here include glass bottom boat rides, snorkelling adventures, quad bike rides and more. Alternatively, hire a snorkelling set and kick back on the beach, exploring at your own leisure. In the evenings relax and spot kangaroos, along with the array of birdlife.

 Karijini National Park

Today’s drive will take us around 600km’s inland to the heart of the Pilbara and for many, the highlight of our tour, Karijini National Park. Along the way we take in a guided mine tour at Tom Price to find out what drives the Pilbara before heading to the Karijini Eco Retreat for a wilderness experience under the amazing outback stars.

Eco tents

From our Deluxe Eco Tents, you can enjoy two full days of adventure: the perfect amount of time needed to explore Karijini National Park and its amazing gorges. Formed over 2,500 million years ago, the Hamersley Ranges are some of the most unusual landforms on earth. Deep in the gorges you’ll come across cascading waterfalls and fresh, still waterholes that are ideal for swimming.

The Pilbara

On day 10  we travel towards the coast and the iron ore town of Port Hedland. After lunch we continue on through the Pilbara region, where we spend the night together on an overnight station stay during your Perth to Broome tours..

Eighty Mile Beach & Broome

The eighty mile beach is a long stretch of beach with amazing scenary.

Stop in for a stroll on eighty mile beach before arriving in  Broome. A town tour starts in Chinatown where our local guide will share fascinating stories of this colourful precinct.  Take a drive through Old Broome to view typical Broome architecture and old Pearling Masters homes then view the aqua waters of Roebuck Bay at Town Beach and learn of Broome’s One Day War.

Indigenous Language

Before the Europeans had arrived and settled, Western Australia was a native home to an array of Indigenous communities. There were roughly 66 Indigenous language groups within Western Australia alone.

Nyoongar People

The Nyoongar (also spelled Noongar) people are the original native owners of the South West Australia region. The Nyoongar tribe hunted kangaroos, possums, and wallabies. They also fished and gathered edible seeds and roots of plants. In the mildly cooler and wetter Perth winters, the Aboriginal people would clothe themselves in Kangaroo skin cloaks and build huts for tribesmen and women to live in.

Indigenous Artefacts

There are stone tools that are estimated to be 35,000 years old which were found at the Djadjiling rock shelter inside of Western Australia’s Pilbara region. Many other artifacts and tools have been discovered throughout Western Australia. Such as ancient charcoal from campfires, jewelry such as necklaces, stone and bone tools, middens, as well as fish traps and quarries. Perth to Broome Coach Tours have the time of your life

Like, this? Check out this: Best Surf Beaches in Australia with Campsites.

For many people on a Perth to Broome Coach Tours, one of the most off-putting factors about moving abroad to Australia is its deadly world of arachnids, reptiles, and insects, so let us put the record straight and debunk a few myths about what might lurk in the long grass of your new backyard.

Here are the facts about spiders: Yes, some of them are big. Big and crawly. Yes, some of them are poisonous. However, no one has died from a spider bite in Australia for over 30 years. So if you can get past the size thing, you’ll be fine.

Having said that, make sure you don’t get on the wrong side of a Funnel Web spider because it’s one of the deadliest spiders in the world. If you suspect you’ve been bitten by one of the forty different species of Funnel Web spider, make a quick dash to A&E. Signs that you’ve been bitten by a Funnel Web Spider are…well, they’re unpleasant so we won’t write them here. Just do the A&E thing and get some antivenom down you.

The Black Widow Spider

Unless you’re Bear Grylls or some other alpha male show-off with a TV show, a Black Widow spider will leave you alone. If you tinker with its nest or provoke it in any way, it will bite you on the hand. From then on, you better put your affairs in order and delete your browser history because you’re not going to be around for long. Or get some antivenom. Actually, do that first.

Although arachnids have not been responsible for any fatalities in Australia for decades, snakes remain a deadly menace, and it’s these unforgiving inhabitants you need to be most wary of. Australia is home to seven species of the 10 most poisonous snakes in the world. Among the most feared are the Eastern Brown snake, the Australian Tiger snake and the not-at-allmisleadingly named ‘Death Adder’.

Then there’s the jack jumper ant. To put it bluntly, these things are vicious little b*****s. They’re venomous, scavenging carnivores and are responsible for more deaths in Tasmania than sharks, snakes, wasps and spiders combined, although only four Tasmanians have died of a jack jumper sting in the last 30 years, so don’t expect to be pounced on the moment you step off the plane.

And we haven’t even touched on the enemies lurking in the surrounding seas. But that’s for another article. In the meantime don’t forget that once you’ve defeated your irrational fears of things with more legs than you, Seven Seas Worldwide can handle your house relocation to Australia with its revolutionary door-to-door MoveCube ® service.

Perth to Broome by coach

You will see the best of Western Australia by coach

A road trip on Coach from the most isolated city on the planet, Perth, to Broome, in the Kimberley region of Western Australia, is an epic coach trip that is an experience, to say the least. In total, the distance is more than 2,500 kilometers (1553 miles).

An overland adventure.

On this tour, you will see the best that this part of Western Australia has to offer. Visit the Pinnacle Desert, swim with the dolphins in Monkey Mia, observe the whale sharks in Ningaloo Reef and just relax and appreciate the beauty that surrounds you. Travel to Tom Price and Karijini National Park before reaching Broome. The landscape changes regularly and you will see the incredible contrasts of this land.

Perth to Broome by coach first stop the pinnacles

Before starting our only coach tour from Perth to Broome, we headed to the local shops and bought food for our delicious homemade meals. On our way, you will enjoy the breathtaking views along the Indian Ocean tour and then explore the pinnacles of the desert. A short drive takes us to our picturesque campsite next to the beach, where we relax for the night. Watch the sunset with your new companions and enjoy a beer!

Perth to Broome by coach, second stop Geraldton and Pink Lake

Sleep with a hangover or swim early in the morning and hit the road by coach. Before the afternoon, we check the coast and the Geraldton museums and then head to the spectacular Pink Lake. The place to camp tonight is in the picturesque bay of luck, walking through the dunes or swimming while the sun goes down. There is a lot of space in the camp, so it’s time to upload the music and let yourself go at night.

Perth to Broome by coach, explore Kalbarri National Park

Hit the coach and see the scenic cliffs of Kalbarri before a quick swim and a cold shower at the mouth of the river. Then, explore the incredible Kalbarri National Park with a few hours of walking to Nature’s Window and Z Bend. Late in the afternoon, we go to the road by a coach that takes us to our night stop next to the river.

Perth to Broome by coach, be amazed at the Bay of Sharks

We drive by our coach at the Dolphins in Monkey Mia.

World Heritage site. Take a look at Shell Beach, relax and swim in the crystal clear waters. After lunch, we head to the town of Denham, followed by a stop at the lagoon for a Frisbee or cricket game. Now is the time for a bit of luxury while camping at the Monkey Mia Dolphin Resort. After dinner and an incredible sunset, you can head to the jetty and observe the wildlife with your torch or relax on the grass surrounding the camp.

Perth to Broome by coach, Monkey Mia, Dolphins & Carnarvon

Wake up and walk 50 meters to the water’s edge. It’s time to meet the famous Monkey Mia dolphins, if you’re lucky, you can feed Flipper with his flaky breakfast. Now there are some free hours to explore swimming or renting a kayak. We hit the coach at lunchtime and traveled to Carnarvon to refuel. The campground is a short drive north of here, where we will settle for the night.

Perth to Broome by coach, Coral Bay

We arrived at the coral bay in the mid-morning by coach and set up camp. There are two free days to explore, dive into the incredible reef or just sit with your new friends on the beach and enjoy this special place. See the coral reef at its best, a few meters from the beach there are huge coral formations and big fish. If you’re lucky, you can swim with a turtle or a friendly reef shark! In general, things will start quite early, and by the end of the afternoon everyone is ready to let off steam and celebrate! You will fall in love with this place the moment you arrive!

Perth to Broome by coach, Exmouth surf and water sports

With the right weather conditions, we can move to the beach in the city of Exmouth and enjoy water sports. Take out a jet ski and watch the dolphins and whales go tubing behind the jetskis to enjoy wild adrenaline or just relax on the beach.

Perth to Broome by coach, Cape Range National Park, Whale Sharks, Ningaloo Reef

Our lucky whale shark/hunchback swimmers will be picked up at camp early in the morning. The rest of the group will travel to the Cape Range National Park and explore the many sites. The sunset lighthouse really sets the scene for our last night together and, if we’re lucky, we’ll see the humpback whales breaking on the horizon! The night in the camp is an excellent time to spend with your new companions, make plans to meet in future trips or wonder how you can find a way back.

Dive with the whales

Although massive, whale sharks are docile fish and sometimes allow swimmers to hitch a ride.

The opportunity to dive with these gentle giants is the opportunity of a lifetime and visitors from around the world head to the Ningaloo Reef during the whale shark season to do just this. These harmless giants filter feeders can grow up to 18 m in length. They navigate the oceans of the world in search of concentrations of plankton to feed themselves, and the Ningaloo Reef is one of the only places on the planet where they regularly appear in large numbers. Very little is known about the biology of these creatures, so the investigation continues.

Western Australia’s much less damaged answer to the Great Barrier Reef is home to a kaleidoscopic array of tropical fish as well as an abundance of coral – and if you visit at the right time of year, you may even be lucky enough to encounter the enormous Whale Sharks as they migrate through these shores from April to July every year. From June to September you may even see a humpback whale or two as they migrate past the WA coastline.

Delve into the Oasis –

Explore the wilderness of Karijini National Park

The park is most notable for its many gorges containing slot canyons, waterfalls and water holes with visitors sometimes swimming in the cold pools of water.

Making your way inland from Exmouth you’ll arrive at Karijini National Park. Possibly the most special part of the tour, you’ll spend a few days exploring the marbled rock, narrow tunnels, caves, waterfalls, and billabongs. Visiting Karijini is a real-time to relax, unwind and escape back to nature, so make sure you take full advantage as you frolic under waterfalls and sooth your skin from the heat in the swimming holes before making your way to your final destination of Broome.
