Qantas London to Perth non-stop Flights Released
Perth is one step closer to becoming a major aviation hub city with the release today of tickets for new non-stop Qantas flights between Perth and London. Qantas London to Perth non-stop Flights Released so easy to get to the Uk.
The daily service, operated by Qantas’ new Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner, will be the first to directly link Australia with Europe when it begins on March 24, 2018.
The State Government, through Tourism WA, and Qantas will spend $5.7 million over three years to promote the route in the UK, Europe, Sydney and Melbourne.
Passengers will be encouraged to spend time in WA. Inbound passengers will be able to stopover in Perth without incurring a fee and Qantas will enable Australian passengers flying to London on the route to stopover in Perth with no additional stopover fee in one or both directions, depending on fare type.
Dispersal to regional areas will also be encouraged, with heavily discounted Qantas Australian Explorer fares for stopover passengers available to WA airports.
Qantas will serve predominantly West Australian wine and other produce on-board the 17-hour flight and in their lounges, giving visitors a taste of what’s on offer in WA before they land.
It is expected the new service will result in potential visitor expenditure of between $9 million and $36.4 million a year.
Return economy fares for the non-stop route start from $2270 but are expected to drop below $2000 during sale periods.
