Hamelin Bay

A vast bay of bright white sand, turquoise waters filled with marine life and spectacular coastal cliff walks. Swimming, snorkelling, fishing, diving, you can do it all.  Enough room for everyone even if it does get busy you can spread out all up to the coast. Absolutely beautiful beach with the unique opportunity to see stingrays in their natural habitat!

Gnarabup Beach

Absolutely beautiful place with many little-secluded beaches dotted around. It is so serene and peaceful, a great spot, easy parking, nice with the bar White Elephant, but as well a lot of people. Gnarabup Beach is the longest and most popular swimming beach in Prevelly and spans from the southern headland in the south to Surfers Point in the north.

Caves Road

Caves Road is the most scenic drive you can take from the northern end of the Margaret River Region and ending up in Hamelin Bay and Augusta you will find ever-changing scenery with spectacular wineries, farms, breweries, galleries, and wildflowers. By being a few kilometers off the coast, the Jarrah, Karris, and Marris grow beside it, with wineries on either side.

Wilyabrup Sea Cliffs

This 1 km hike passes through scenic farmland into Leeuwin-Naturaliste National Park. The cliffs are popular with rock climbers and offer great elevated views along the coast. The cliffs are well worth visiting to watch for whales during their spring/summer migration, do some rock climbing and abseiling if that’s your thing, or just explore around and admire the incredibly beautiful and dramatic coastal views.

Boranup Karri Forest

Boranup Karri Forest lies between Caves Road and the coast and is filled with pale-barked karri trees. Karri trees are one of the tallest species of tree in the world and can reach nearly ninety meters in height. There is a free ride and there are small parking areas to the side, so make sure you drive through this amazing woodland.

Sugarloaf Rock

Aptly named for its conical shape, Sugarloaf Rock is located off the coastline and a popular sunset spot. This rock is pretty special and is one of the most famous Margaret River attractions. The greatest sight is when the sun sets over the Indian Ocean and the color of the rock changes every minute.

Meelup Beach & Point Piquet

Meelup Beach is one of the most popular beaches in this region and it offers fine white sand, crystal clear water and is protected from wind and waves. If you are traveling with your friends, this is the perfect beach to take them to. Located nearby Meelup Beach, Point Piquet is another beautiful bay with perfectly turquoise colored water.

Bunker Bay

Bunker Bay is a great place to grab brunch followed by a dip in the ocean. The long stretch of beach is a great place to soak up the sunshine and is considered one of the top beaches in the region. Bunker Bay is arguably the most picturesque beach in the region. A white sandy beach to walk along, turquoise waters to swim in and gorgeous, natural surroundings

Injidup Natural Spa

This natural rockpool is located in Yallingup and is a hidden gem in the region. It’s almost like a natural spa where the surrounding rocks shelter this little inlet from the crazy waves. At first, it seems just another majestic rockpool but through the cracks of the rocks the surf blasts through, creating a spa-like experience.

Busselton Jetty

This is the longest wooden jetty in the Southern hemisphere, spanning more than 2 kilometres in length! Walking the entire length will take you approximately 25 minutes. There is also a small train that takes you up and down the stretch of the jetty as well as an underwater observatory where you can check out the marine life.
