Moonlight Cinema Perth   

Moonlight Cinemas are hosted on the lush lawns of the iconic Kings Park. Watch new releases and cult classics in this magical outdoor setting. 

Telethon Community Cinemas


We’re Perth’s community cinema group screening blockbuster films, classics and all your favorite movies throughout Perth’s Summer months. Run by over 500 volunteers, we proudly donate all profits to kids charities through Telethon. To date we’ve raised over $9 million for kids in a health or physical crisis. Daily gates Open at 6:30 pm while the Film Starts 7:45 pm.

Outdoor Amphitheatre

The Amphitheatre is WAAPA’s only outdoor performance venue at Mount Lawley and as such can only be used during the dry months.

The Amphitheatre has 5 levels of tiered terraces to seat a total of 150 patrons. The main stage area is 8.5m x 8.6m. Additionally, the venue allows the opportunity to reconfigure the orientation of the performance area and audience seated areas, giving the user great flexibility.

East Perth

Located at Ozone Reserve in East Perth, will screen a range of films from comedies, action blockbusters, animation, cult classics etc.


Rooftop Movies

The producers of FRINGE WORLD Festival present an open-air cinema experience like no other, six levels above the ground in the centre of the city, complete with an exciting program. Tickets are now on sale for Rooftop Movies.

Luna Leederville

It is located at the top of Oxford Street cafe strip and it is Perth’s funkiest cinema and home to the legendary Room screenings.  New York Met Opera and National theatre Live screenings. They also host lots of Talking Picture events with our favorite directors and actors. In summer Luna extends outside with the licensed Luna Outdoor courtyard cinema.
